At La Malyuk Dubai, we aim to make the enrollment and tuition process as straightforward and convenient as possible. We understand that every family has different preferences, which is why we offer flexible payment structures.

Available Payment Plans

You are not required to pay for the entire academic year in advance. Families can choose the option that works best for them:

  • Annual Payment: A single, upfront payment covering the full academic year.

  • Termly Installments: A flexible plan where tuition is paid part by part for each academic term, allowing you to spread the cost throughout the year.

Please note: We currently offer annual and termly payment options. Monthly payment plans are not available.

COMPLAINTS & FEEDBACK POLICY

Building a culture of open communication, continuous improvement, and trust. At La Malyuk Dubai, we value open communication and actively seek feedback to maintain the highest standards of care and education. We treat all suggestions, inquiries, and concerns seriously, ensuring they are addressed promptly, fairly, and with complete confidentiality.

How to Submit Feedback or Suggestions

  • We encourage parents to share their thoughts, ideas, and suggestions with us at any time. Your insights help us continuously refine our approaches and nursery operations.

  • Direct Dialogue: Speak directly with your child’s Core Educator or our Nursery Director during daily check-ins.

  • Digital Communication: Send an email or submit a message through our official online Feedback Form.

  • Parent Surveys: Participate in our regular parent satisfaction surveys. Results are carefully analyzed to implement meaningful improvements across the center.

Structured Complaints Procedure & Response Timelines

If a concern arises, we follow a clear, transparent resolution process to resolve issues effectively and promptly.

  • Stage 1: Initial Resolution (Core Educator)We encourage parents to discuss day-to-day concerns informally with their child’s Core Educator first. Most matters are resolved quickly through direct, constructive conversation.

  • Stage 2: Formal Review (Nursery Director)If the issue remains unresolved or requires administrative attention, parents can submit a formal written complaint via email or through our official contact form. The Nursery Director registers the concern, conducts a review, and provides an official response within 5 working days.

  • Stage 3: Escalation (Governance Panel)If a parent feels the outcome at Stage 2 is unsatisfactory, the matter can be escalated to our Governance Panel, which comprises management representatives and advisory panel members. The Panel conducts an independent review and issues a final decision within 10 working days.

Note: All complaints and feedback are handled with strict confidentiality to protect the privacy of children, families, and staff.
