She has more than 10 years of experience in establishing and developing educational institutions in Kyiv, including early childhood centres and a primary school.
She is responsible for the vision, quality standards, educational programme, and innovation across the network.
Her strengths include strategic thinking, a deep understanding of education, high quality standards, and the ability to build warm, professional teams who share the values of the brand.

Anastasiia Rudnytska
Operations Director
Anastasiia oversees the daily operations of the centre, service quality, and the implementation of all internal standards.
She has over 7 years of experience in managing educational institutions and strong expertise in process organisation, staff management, and building stable, efficient systems.
Her key strengths include structure, responsibility, attention to detail, leadership, and the ability to create a calm, well-organised atmosphere within the team.
Yuliia Matei
Lead Teacher
Yuliia is responsible for the quality of the educational process, coordinating the work of teachers, and implementing effective methodological approaches within the centre.
She has many years of experience in primary and secondary education, a deep understanding of child development, and strong expertise in modern teaching methodologies.
