We believe in learning through respect. Our educators carefully observe each child’s development, adapting the level of support so the child feels confident and successfully handles new challenges. We do not compare children with one another, focusing solely on each child’s personal progress.

Oleksandra Odegova
Founder
Oleksandra is the founder
of the La Maluk network and the strategic leader of the project.
She has more than 10 years of experience in establishing and developing educational institutions in Kyiv, including early childhood centres and a primary school.
She is responsible for the vision, quality standards, educational programme, and innovation across the network.
Her strengths include strategic thinking, a deep understanding of education, high quality standards, and the ability to build warm, professional teams who share the values of the brand.

Anastasiia Rudnytska
Yuliia Matei
Operations Director
Lead Teacher
Anastasiia oversees the daily operations of the centre, service quality, and the implementation of all internal standards.
She has over 7 years of experience in managing educational institutions and strong expertise in process organisation, staff management, and building stable, efficient systems.
Her key strengths include structure, responsibility, attention to detail, leadership, and the ability to create a calm, well-organised atmosphere within the team.
Yuliia is responsible for the quality of the educational process, coordinating the work of teachers, and implementing effective methodological approaches within the centre.
She has many years of experience in primary and secondary education, a deep understanding of child development, and strong expertise in modern teaching methodologies.
Her key strengths include pedagogical excellence, empathy, structure, responsibility, and the ability to create a warm, supportive, yet well-disciplined atmosphere in the classroom.

Full Regulatory Verification: Prior to starting their duties, every pedagogical staff member’s details and credentials are submitted through the KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority) system for formal verification and professional permit approval.

Onboarding Readiness: Only candidates who submit a complete package of verified documents and successfully pass our structured onboarding process are permitted to work with children.

Key Requirements for Our Educators:

Comprehensive Background Screening: Every team member must submit verified diplomas, professional references, medical fitness certificates for childcare, and an official Police Clearance Certificate.
Continuous Professional Development & Training
Before taking charge of any group, every new team member completes an intensive orientation and adaptation program covering our mission, the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework, and internal operating standards.
Our Comprehensive Training Program Includes:
