SAFETY & SECURITY
A Multi-Layered Protection System
24/7 Video Surveillance
Our surveillance system covers the entire center, including indoor spaces and outdoor playgrounds. Parents may request access to recordings through the administration when necessary.
Strict Access Control
Entry to the premises is permitted only for staff members and parents. Visitors are allowed exclusively upon prior approval from the administration.
On-Site Security
A security staff member is always present at the entrance to maintain order and monitor access to the center.
Child Pick-Up Policy
Emotional well-being and physical safety are the foundation on which all our learning is built.

Regular Disinfection
All classrooms, bathrooms, and play areas undergo deep daily cleaning using safe and child-friendly products.

All educational materials and toys are regularly sanitized, inspected for wear, and checked for safety.
Healthy Habits Development
We teach children hygiene practices such as handwashing and the proper use of tissues as part of their daily routines, helping them become more independent.
BALANCED NUTRITION
Meals are organized through a professional catering company, ensuring consistent quality and freshness of ingredients.
Age-Appropriate Menus
The menu is designed according to the nutritional needs of growing children and includes a variety of healthy and balanced meals.
Individual Approach
We take allergies and medical conditions into account and provide meal substitutions whenever necessary.
Mealtime Culture
Meals are served in a calm and supportive environment under teacher supervision, helping children develop healthy eating habits and table manners.
MEDICAL CARE
Permanent Medical Supervision
A qualified nurse is present at the center to monitor children’s wellbeing and provide first aid when needed.
Staff Qualification
All teachers and staff regularly complete certified first aid and emergency response training.

CHILD PROTECTION & SAFEGUARDING POLICY
We operate under a comprehensive Child Protection Policy designed to mitigate risks, ensure early identification of concerns, and foster a caring learning culture.
Trained Staff:
Every member of our team undergoes mandatory safeguarding training and pledges strict compliance with our protection policies.
Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL):
Our Nursery Director serves as the DSL, overseeing all child welfare procedures, conducting staff briefings, and ensuring swift, coordinated action whenever necessary
Strict Safeguarding Protocols
We follow a clear, zero-tolerance approach to any threat regarding child neglect or abuse.

Immediate Reporting: Staff members strictly document factual details (date, time, observations, and exact child statements) and report immediately to the DSL. Staff are prohibited from conducting independent inquiries or unaligned parent discussions.

Child Safety & Authority Coordination: In the event of a potential concern, the DSL coordinates protective measures immediately. Where appropriate, reports are promptly escalated to authorities, including the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and the Dubai Child Protection Centre.

Emergency Response: In life-threatening situations, staff are authorized to call Emergency Services directly via 998 (Ambulance) or 999 (Police) while immediately updating the DSL.

Confidentiality: All reports and records are kept strictly confidential and actively monitored until officially resolved.
Campus Security & Staff Vetting
Visitor Management & Campus Access

Controlled Access: Our dedicated security team manages all entry points, verifying visitor identity and logging each visit.

Escorted Visits: Unaccompanied movement on campus is strictly prohibited. External visitors never have unsupervised access to children.
Rigorous Background Checks

Background Clearance: All employees undergo mandatory pre-employment screening, including a police clearance certificate, qualification checks, medical assessments, and background reference checks. No staff member is permitted to work with children prior to full clearance.
Emergency Preparedness & Incident Protocols
Fire & Evacuation Procedures

Clear Evacuation Routes: In the event of a fire alarm, staff follow designated evacuation plans, guiding children safely to the primary assembly point.

Role-Specific Duties: Educators lead their groups, assistants offer specialized care to younger or SEND children, security officers secure emergency exits, and the Director manages overall response and authority communications.

Regular Drills: Routine fire and lockdown drills ensure that our team acts calmly, efficiently, and cohesively.
Lockdown Procedures

For emergency situations where remaining indoors is safest, we implement an immediate Lockdown Procedure. Children stay inside secured rooms with locked doors/windows while management coordinates directly with Dubai Emergency Services.
