EVERY CHILD MATTERS
At La Maluk Village, we believe that children should not adapt to the system — the environment should respond to the needs of each child.
Our goal is to create a space where differences are respected and individuality becomes the foundation for growth and development. We provide equal opportunities for learning and socialization while surrounding every child with attention, care, and support.
INDIVIDUAL APPROACH & ADAPTATION
A Gentle Start Is the Key to Success
We understand that the first steps into a new environment are a sensitive and emotional period. That is why the adaptation process in our center is gradual and personalized.
Individual
Pace
We never rush the process. The adaptation period may take from several days up to four weeks, depending on each child’s readiness and emotional comfort.
Continuous Observation
Our educators carefully monitor each child’s comfort level and interaction with the environment on a daily basis, adjusting the support plan when needed.
Trial Day Opportunity
We offer trial visits so children can become familiar with the daily rhythm of the center, while parents can experience our approach firsthand.
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
We prioritize emotional and psychological well-being.
Building Secure Attachment
During the first weeks, each child is supported by a “key teacher” who helps build trust, creates a sense of safety, and supports emotional stability.
Supporting Emotional Transitions
We gently help children process emotions connected with separation and guide them toward finding comfort in new routines, friendships, and experiences.
WORKING WITH PARENTS
At our center, communication with parents is built on openness, trust, and continuous partnership. Every day, parents receive updates about their child’s mood, meals, sleep, participation in activities, and behavior through verbal feedback at pickup and drop-off.
The main point of contact for the family is the key educator, who accompanies the child throughout their entire time at the center, monitors their adaptation, and helps align shared approaches to learning, care, and support. At least once a quarter, we hold individual meetings to discuss the child’s development, achievements, needs, and goals for the upcoming period.
Parents can also contribute to Learning Journals by adding home observations, photos, and comments. In addition, the center organizes thematic workshops, open classes, collaborative projects, and surveys. The communication format can be tailored to each family’s needs and may include face-to-face meetings, online consultations, or messaging apps.
Daily Feedback
You will always know how your child’s day went — including meals, sleep, activities, and social interactions.
Professional Guidance
Our specialists share professional observations and practical recommendations to help support your child at home during the adaptation period.

Every step of your child’s deeper integration into group life is discussed and planned together with you.
COMMUNICATION & FAMILY INVOLVEMENT
Do you hold Parent Meetings?
Yes, we hold regular Parent Meetings at La Malyuk Dubai. Individual meetings are scheduled at least once every quarter, and more frequently whenever needed.
During these sessions, we discuss your child’s progress and achievements across all EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) learning areas, as well as their adaptation, emotional well-being, unique needs, and goals for the upcoming period. Parents actively participate in co-planning support for their child, while our educators share practical guidance to ensure consistent, seamless care between home and the center. Additionally, we host thematic workshops focusing on key aspects of child development and parenting.
What communication channels do you use (apps, email, WhatsApp, etc.)?
We communicate with parents through WhatsApp, email, in-person daily chats with educators, and one-on-one meetings.
Through these channels, parents stay informed about their child's routine and center updates, and can easily ask questions or discuss adaptation, development, and any specific needs with our team.
How often do parents receive updates?
Parents receive updates throughout the day via our digital communication channels.
These include short messages, photos, and video updates showcasing activities, learning sessions, meals, rest time, overall mood, and special moments. If needed, teachers or management will reach out promptly with any additional information.
Do you host family events and community gatherings?
Yes! We regularly host family events, open classes, collaborative projects, and celebrations involving parents.
These gatherings offer families a firsthand look at center life, our educational approach, and their children's accomplishments, while building a strong connection between families and our team.
We also organize specialized workshops and parent meetings covering key topics such as adaptation, language development, emotional well-being, and early childhood care.
STAGES OF SOCIALIZATION & INTEGRATION
The integration process is divided into clear and supportive stages.
Introduction (Week 1–2)
Short visits (30–60 minutes), with a parent present if needed. Focus on building trust with the teacher and becoming familiar with the environment.
First Participation
Gradual involvement in daily routines such as snack time, walks, and group activities.
Full Integration (Week 2–4)
Participation in all parts of the day, including meals, naps, learning activities, and social interactions. Development of independence and friendships within the group.
SPECIALIST SUPPORT
At La Maluk Village, we are committed to supporting every child's emotional, social, and developmental well-being through a dedicated support system. Our Early Childhood Centre will include access to a Psychologist and an Inclusion Support Coordinator (ISCO), who work closely with children, families, and educators to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.
