ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
La Maluk Village accepts children throughout the academic year, subject to availability in the appropriate age groups.

Children’s Age: From 18 months to 5 years old

Available Programs: Toddlers 1 & 2, PreK/FS1, and KG1/FS2 groups

Inclusion: Special educational needs are not grounds for refusal. We provide equal admission opportunities and reasonable accommodations for every child.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS (STEP BY STEP)
Information Request & Application
Contact us in any convenient way.
We will send you a detailed information package with program descriptions, daily schedules, and tuition fees.
Tour & Consultation
We invite parents to a personal meeting. This is an opportunity to explore the space, experience the atmosphere, and ask questions directly to our educators.
Gentle Introduction (“Trial Day”)
Your child joins games and simple activities under the guidance of a teacher. This helps us understand your child’s readiness, while giving you the opportunity to observe their reaction to the environment.
Place Confirmation & Documents
After a successful introduction, you complete the official application form and provide the required documents.
Beginning the Individual Adaptation Process
We begin implementing a gentle adaptation plan that may last from several days up to 4 weeks.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
For official enrollment, you will need:

A copy of the child’s birth certificate

Copies of the child’s and both parents’ Emirates IDs

An up-to-date vaccination record

Medical reports (if allergies or health conditions are present)

Documentation regarding special educational needs (if applicable)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Schedule
We offer both:

Full Day format (07:30 – 18:00)

Half Day format (07:30 – 13:30)
Groups
Children are placed in age-appropriate groups to ensure educational goals align with developmental stages.
Adaptation
During the first days, shorter attendance hours and parental presence may be recommended to help the child feel safe and secure.
